Overlays one or more images on a FIG

Would have allowed you to specify a portion of an image to put on top of a bigger one. Within the context of the fig element, of course. This would have allowed you to manipulate the disk-caching behavior of the browsers by using some basic image that could be displayed over and over with only minor changes represented by small overlays. Now that I've got you wanting it - it didn't make the cut to 3.2, sorry.
