This is the anathema of all elements. It TURNS OFF html processing in the browser! That's why there's no ending element - the browser wouldn't recognize it anyway! I think it would look something like this:

        <head>
        <title>Don't try this at home!</title>
        </head>
        <body>
          .
          .
==>>      <plaintext>
         .
          .
        yada yada yada
There's just no reason anyone out there should think of using this tag. Unless you're feeling plain ornery.
