In the notations: I have not included the "Obsolete" elements. If the Netscape version is missing that indicates a version prior to version 2.0 of Netscape. Microsoft IE represents Microsoft's Internet Explorer. HTML Internationalization refers to the standards being developed to deal with the mechanics of marking up foreign languages.
